Sheep in The View
I am not happy with this painting, I tried to compose a picture using the photos of trees and sheep in the field opposite my house called 'The View' but it seems heavy and clumsy, help please.

Yes you are right, the tree is lovely, my son took it early one morning. He died three years ago, so I would like to paint it as a remembrance of him. I think I will just paint the tree and make it softer as you suggest. Although I do have a photo of the same field with the sheep perhaps I will leave them out.
