Morning desert
A friend took this photo the other day. Not sure if it is in southern Utah or northern Arizona.

My wife thought it was nice and requested a painting. I took liberties with it since I did not think a road scene was great, so I made a hiking path. Tried to keep the essence of the view.

In retrospect, I wish I had also changed the slope of hill on left. I did eliminate the snow. We have enough on ground here, I don't need more in a painting.
