I just saw this post for the first time. Well-painted. However, the turquoise blue water doesn't work with the overcast sky. Note that the water at the base in the photo is a dull green/ brown with a sky that's not as threatening as yours. For that matter the warm color on the rocks implies that sun is striking them, which is not reflected in the sky. Something to keep in mind if you paint this subject again.
