Books about trees and landscape

Quick thread for folks to offer books on the landscape and landscape painting that they have found useful.

The Making of the British Landscape: From the Ice Age to the Present by Nicholas Crane was mentioned in one of Oliver's videos. It is a most excellent book.

I am reading Masters of English Landscape by Laure Meyer. It is an excellent review of the history of the subjects with lots of wonderful photos of paintings from Gainsborough, Stubbs, Turner, Constable, Whistler, and others.

Oliver - You also mentioned a book on trees in one of your videos - can't find it in my notes. Do you remember the title?
